Is the Torah given and inspired by God? Or is the Torah made up? Who made up the Torah? Did Moses make up the Torah?
In Exodus 19:9, YHWH speaks to all the people present — not only to Moses.
9 And YHWH said unto Moses: ‘Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with thee, and may also believe thee for ever.’ And Moses told the words of the people unto YHWH.
In Deuteronomy 4:12, the Israelites heard YHWH’s voice of words, yet saw no form.
