Passage 42: God Is With You Wherever You Go

Haven’t I ordered you, ‘Be strong, be bold’? So don’t be afraid or downhearted, because Adonai your God is with you wherever you go.”

Joshua 1:9

Reflection:

There is a lot of uncertainty ahead… especially during this time.

How much do I trust God that He will never leave my side?
Am I anxious? Scared? Depressed?

Do I allow this uncertainty and fear to rule over my life and my family’s life?

Do I believe the words that I read in the Bible?

Prayer:

Father in Heaven, you know my fears and my thoughts. I cannot hide them from you no matter how I pretend to be brave and strong.

I now humbly ask you to give me peace of mind despite all these uncertainties and fear.

I seek for your peace and for your Holy Spirit to embrace me and make me courageous enough to face all these. I know and believe that you are with me all throughout the way.

Father in Heaven, thank you for walking with me until this time despite my shortcomings and failures.

I know that you would carry me along the way whenever I would feel hopeless and worn out.

Bless me Father to continue believing. Continue to manifest your presence in my life and in my family’s life.

This we ask through Jesus Christ, our Messiah and King. Amen.
