How many times have we been scared for reasons we don’t exactly know?
And how many times have we been scared of things which are yet to come?
How many times have we been scared of the future?
The future is yet to come; we forget about the present.
At this present moment, God can manifest His greatness in us.
The present moment is where we should live.
In the same way, that we should not live in the past, it has taken its place.
We should not live on tomorrow, for it has yet to take its place.
Where can be the joy in that? Where can be the fulfillment of living the here and the now.
What Is and What Is Not
It is not wrong to prepare for the future; yet we should not also live in fear for what is yet to come.
It is not wrong to be vigilant of what might happen; yet instilling the fear, which is yet a shadow of what might or might not come, takes away your chance of living the present.
Where is the joy in that? Where is the fun in that?
Let us pray for faith; in that faith, is our strength and courage.
